Issue 22 - April 2001

Today is a sad day indeed. It is with regret that I announce the intended closure of Attitude. We have been going for nearly four years now and a lot of hard work has been put in by many people, but I no longer feel I can keep the zine going.

I have thought of many options, including a complete relaunch and redesign, but I have decided against it. It would take a lot of hard work to make a successful zine all over again, and I don't think I could devote enough time for that. The only way to be fair to the Attitude name is to bury it now, and consign it to the history books.

We will produce two more issues, 23 and 24, making four full years. We welcome more review submissions until the end of June. Anything received before July will be reviewed as normal. The final issue will be released in August 

It has been a fun four years, and I thank you all for reading and contributing during that time.

Along with each issue we include some songs so you can listen to bands as you read their reviews. They are usually in 32Kbps Real Audio format, so you should be able to stream them no problem. Here them where you see this sign:

What anything reviewed?

If you are in a band and have a demo recorded, feel free to send it to us and we will review it and give a contact address etc. Record companies also - we will review anything you send.
